Privacy Policy

FitBetween ("the app") is built to help you fit real movement into the time you already have. We respect your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we don't do.

What we collect

Account information. When you sign in with Apple, we receive a unique identifier from Apple and — only if you choose to share it — your name and email address. We store this securely to keep you signed in and associate your workouts with your account.

Your workout history. When you complete workouts, we store them so you can see your streaks and history. This data is associated with your account.

Calendar data (read only). FitBetween reads your device calendar to find gaps between meetings. This data stays on your device. We do not send calendar event details to our servers.

Usage data. We collect basic, anonymous information about how the app is used — for example, which screens are opened or whether a workout is completed — to improve the product. We do not tie this to your identity in analytics tools.

What we do NOT collect

• We do not collect health data, heart rate, or biometric information.
• We do not collect your location.
• We do not collect your contacts.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties.
• We do not use your data to train AI models.

How we use your data

We use your data to:

• Keep you signed in
• Store and display your workouts and streaks
• Schedule notifications that remind you about gaps in your day
• Understand, in aggregate, how the app is used so we can improve it

Notifications

FitBetween sends local push notifications — they are scheduled and triggered on your device, not pushed from our servers. You can turn them off at any time in iOS Settings or in the app's Settings screen.

Data storage

Your account data is stored on secure servers operated by Neon (neon.tech) and Railway (railway.app). Your session tokens are stored on your device in Apple's Secure Store.

Your rights

You can sign out at any time. Signing out clears your session on your device. If you'd like your account and associated workout history permanently deleted, email us at the address below and we'll handle it within 14 days.

Children

FitBetween is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. For material changes, we'll note them in the app.
